Professional biography
Caesar Ogole is a graduate matriculate at the State University of New York (SUNY). He obtained an M.S (Computer Science - Intelligent Systems)
from the State University of Groningen (The Netherlands)  and a B.S (Computer Science) 1st Class Hons from Makerere University Kampala (Uganda). At M.S level, he was supervised by Prof. M. Biehl of the Intelligent Systems Research
Group of Groningen University.
Caesar joined the Intelligent Geo-Computing Lab of SUNY in 2008 as a Research Project Assistant with the funding support from the Research Foundation of The State University of New York.
He is also a Teaching Assistant at the Department of ERE .
